RentDokan is an e-commerce platform built in Bangladesh, for Bangladesh. We help Facebook sellers, small shops, and growing businesses run a professional online store — with local payments, local couriers, and a Bengali-first experience — without hiring a developer or paying for a custom website.
1.Who we are
RentDokan is operated by a Sylhet-based software team that has spent years building commerce and logistics tools for local businesses. We started RentDokan after watching thousands of sellers run entire businesses out of Messenger inboxes — tracking orders on paper, chasing bKash screenshots, and calling couriers one parcel at a time.
Our product is a software-as-a-service subscription. We do not sell, stock, or ship physical goods ourselves. Each merchant who signs up gets their own storefront, dashboard, and order pipeline that they operate independently.

Every RentDokan subscription includes:
- A mobile-first online storefront with your own products, branding, and domain
- Order management built for the way Bangladeshi sellers actually work — phone number as the customer ID, cash on delivery, and Messenger/WhatsApp follow-up
- Local payment collection through SSLCommerz, bKash, and Nagad
- Courier integration with Steadfast and Pathao, so parcels are booked from the order itself (Pro and above)
- Inventory, customer, and sales reporting in Bengali and English
