Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, needs no card, and takes no commission from any order. Sign up with your name, shop name and email, and move to Pro later if you need more.
Do I need a trade licence or documents to start?
No. A shop name and an email address are enough. Start today without any paperwork.
How do my customers pay?
Cash on delivery, or bKash and Nagad sent straight to your own number. With bKash or Nagad the customer sends the money and types the transaction ID at checkout; you check it and mark the order paid. A cash on delivery order is marked paid once it is delivered. Online card payment for your customers is not available yet.
Which couriers can I use?
Steadfast and Pathao, on Pro. Connect your own courier account, book the parcel from the order page, and the delivery status updates by itself. On every plan you set your own delivery charges for inside Dhaka, the suburbs and outside Dhaka.
Can I write down orders that come on Messenger?
Yes. On the new order page, type the customer's phone number. If they have ordered before, their details fill in; if not, they are saved with the order. Then pick the products and how they will pay.
Can I add my Facebook Pixel?
Yes, on every plan, at no extra cost. Paste your Pixel ID on the Ad tracking page of your dashboard, and Meta learns what shoppers view, add to cart and buy, so you can measure your Facebook ads. Add a Conversions API token and our server sends the same events too, so your orders reach Meta even past ad blockers, counted once. You also get a product feed link for Facebook catalog ads. TikTok works the same way, with your TikTok Pixel ID and an optional Events API token, and you can add a Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics ID too.
Can customers order and track orders by themselves?
Yes. Send them your shop link. They can order as a guest or with an account (phone or email and a password), see their past orders, and track any order with their phone number and order number.
Can I sell one product in different sizes and colours?
Yes, on Pro. Each size or colour has its own price, stock and picture, and your shop never sells more than you have in stock.
Can I change how my shop looks?
Yes. Choose what you sell when you sign up and your shop starts with a ready-made look for it. Fonts can be changed on every plan; Pro adds every colour preset, your own colours, and arranging the sections of your home page. Your shop works in Bengali and English.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro. On Free your address is yourshop.rentdokan.com. The dashboard shows step by step what to put in DNS, and the security certificate (SSL) is set up automatically.
Can customers review what they bought?
Yes, on every plan. Only a customer whose order was delivered can review, from their account or from a review link you send on Messenger or WhatsApp. You can reply to reviews and pin one to the top. A review is never hidden for being negative, only for spam, abuse, personal information or being off-topic. Photo reviews and review imports are on Pro.
